How it all began
In 2019 Jasper and Joseph both separately shared an idea with the same friend.
In 2020 the two finally met and had a shared passion for the community, small business and entrepreneurship. A podcast interview, a community Christmas event and more, the idea became Empros in May 2021.
Initially as a not-for-profit, in 2022, Empros re-structured to incorporate both the Empros Foundation (NFP) alongside Empros Empower (social enterprise) to ensure a sustainable future for both organisations.

Jasper Wong

Jasper has as frontline experience spanning from Singapore Military Officer in ISIS Operations to Hospital Medical Technologist during a Pandemic. His curiosity for the dynamic between people, business and community led him to Empros.
Joseph Blogna
Co-Founder, Client Relationships
Chief Operating Officer
Joseph has a diverse set of financial experiences ranging from Australia's highest net worth groups to small family businesses. His deep passion for financial decisions that impact individuals, business and their families brought him to Empros
Dr Hock Chua
Advisory Board Member
Dr Hock is in private and public practice as a Senior Consultant Dermatologist. He is a founding partner of the Dermatology Specialist Group.
He has held various board positions in NFPs and invited as a holistic empowering speaker who has impacted individuals locally and internationally.
